I have been looking for this clip forever (since it aired last year) and I finally found it on youtube. :)

I have been fascinated with Breck since it began in S7 (they had a really great meet cute and after Orson, this guy seemed like an ideal match for Bree - unlike say Keith. lol)

I am really disappointed with how this pairing turned out. Not only does Chuck go all evil on Bree and the ladies, but Cherry kills him off, eliminating potential story lines for the pair. Cherry has a habit of simply killing off characters rather than prolonging the conflict, or finding another way to deal with them (the dead body count on DH is over 50!!!).

This is one of my favorite Breck scenes, it poses so many questions. How much did Chuck already know about the letter and mystery Bree? Should Bree have confided in him and gotten him in their corner? Keep in mind that Carlos killed Alejandro in self defense, the ladies buried the body. Chuck seemed serious when he said that he protects the people he cares about (and he cared about Bree). Chuck is a guy who could have made all this Alejandro stuff go away in a flash (he's on the Fairview PD, he could have killed the case). But Bree got scared and ended it with him, creating a powerful enemy.

Chuck's coworkers at the station (especially the really chubby guy) are convinced that Bree 'led Chuck on'. Is there any truth to this? Was Bree justified in ending the relationship when she did?

I envisioned Chuck being the white knight to save Bree from the Alejandro drama. Instead he got run over because of it (by Orson).

    RIP Breck. :(

Not to rain on your parade, but I wasn't a Breck fan. Every time Chuck was on screen, he reminded me of Sam the Eagle from THE MUPPET SHOW. Too uptight, I think.

Your girl can, and will, do better. :)

I have tio say i thought he was only ok. I'm somewhere between you and Minx lol
I liked him but i was happy when Bree decided to end it. and Then when he went crazy i was actually happy to see him go.
I was so mad at him for the pain he was causing Bree.

Oh, Chuck's a Schmuck. Scott Bakula is where it's at. :)

Loved him with Candice Bergen on MURPHY BROWN. Even their bloopers were gold:
