I don't think our idea of "flat broke" is the same as Alexis'. To the 1%, having only $100.000 is being poor.

I'm hoping that she doesn't appear till the very end of the episode. That way we can establish where all the other characters are first and allow them a moment to breathe and mourn before we get on with things.

100% agree. Unfortunately, think this clip is from the beginning of the episode, as Fallon says something along the lines of "do a little song and dance for max at the party"... the party being the 1920s themes party for CA's 100th anniversary. Also, based on Blake's beard this is probably the beginning of the episode since he is clean shaven at the party and the stills from 2x02.

I wish we could see all the characters and how they're doing after the fire before the real Cristal is even mentioned. This scene would've been a great ending to the episode though :/

Except there's a scene where Alexis is in a wheelchair and accidentally knocks over what could (and probably is) an urn filled with Cristal's ashes. I can't help but get the impression that happens first. But who knows, I could be wrong.

Although... if the new Cristal *did* appear early, then there's the scene of Blake and Alexis making out to consider. Could it mean that the new Cristal comes in, but only stays for a little while before leaving? She could probably be there to gain a divorce from Blake since "legally" they are now married thanks to Celia using her name. Once Cristal says her peace, she can quickly slip away, allowing the rest of the cast to process what just happened. And then after Blake has his breakdown and beds Alexis, he decides to try and start over again... and goes to visit his "wife."

Perhaps Blake could spend the rest of the season trying to romance the real Cristal, who I hope is more like the 80s version in that she's uncomfortable with how rich he is... and yet can't help but find herself attracted to him. Plus, Blake could have learned his lesson with Celia, so that he treats Cristal a lot better, which would give her enough reason to try and make a go with him.

Before the appearance of real Crystal they should use the catfight from the last episode and accuse Alexis of stabbing fake Crystal. This time they don't need Neil Mcvane in a wig because Claudia and Alexis have similar haircut.

Except Cristal wasn't stabbed, she was shot.

I called it before, and I'll call it again: Culhane gets murdered, setting Fallon on a path of vengeance. :D

Oh he will get killed off all right. But not before Fallon has sex with Liam and completely breaks his heart. Then after Michael inevitably breaks up with her for good only to get killed off, Fallon won't ever have to deal with the ramifications of her actions and she can simply move on with Liam like he never existed. And somehow during all of this Michael's going to get painted as the bad guy when the only crime he ever committed was falling in love with a Carrington.

Speaking of which, what would actually be interesting is if Dynasty actually had the balls to do an actually polyamorous relationship storyline with Michael, Liam and Fallon where Fallon decides that she just can't choose and she actually decides to be with both men. Think about it - the whole public already believes that she's still Mrs. Jack Liam Ridley Van Kirk. But since going ahead with a real marriage to Michael would mean that she might possibly get slapped with charges of bigamy, she and Michael could just do a commitment ceremony, making them common law husband and wife. That way, she can still have the best of both worlds. Hey, if TNT Dallas can do that threesome sex scene, then I don't see why they can't go there with them.

Also, did we ever really find out if Liam really did file those annulment papers or not? Because it kind of sounds like he didn't and that's why people are still believing that he and Fallon are married.

If any of Fallon's lovers get killed off, I think it will be Liam!

If they wanted to drive home the idea that Mr. Van Kirk is a major villain, he might decide to have Michael murdered once he discovers that Michael is standing between a marital alliance between the two families. If we were privy to what Liam wrote in that book, we'd have a better idea of what Mr. VK is capable of. Of course, he may have underestimated just how resourceful Mr. Culhane is, especially if Michael has Anders on his side.

    Episode #2.08 - spoilery snippets
Fallon is knee deep in wedding planning. Nothing is really satisfying her. Culhane questions her on what she's up to, and Fallon reveals she had the wedding planner put some stuff together so they could visualize the big day. He thinks it's a bit extravagant, but Fallon proclaims it's a celebration of them and tells him not to worry since she's paying for everything.

He isn't exactly happy with that and Fallon realizes what she said was insensitive. He tries to leave saying he's got a meeting to go to, but Fallon says she needs his help especially since they moved the wedding day up. Culhane says he can't miss the interview, and Fallon says he's been fine without a job for 6 months and Culhane says he'll reschedule.

The planner informs them of the venues available and Fallon asks about the Swan House. She reveals her grandma got married there, Culhane notes they were close and getting married there would make the day special. The planner reveals the venue isn't available on that date and suggests a different one. Fallon says they can't do that as they've already sent out the invites, and it'd cause too much speculation with her recent divorces. The planner says Mimi Rose has booked the venue, and whilst Fallon doesn't know her she knows someone that does. Culhane in between this is getting texts from a person called Ada and eventually stalks off.

Fallon and Alexis meet with Mimi and try to put her off getting married on that day.

Mimi is wise to their game and knows exactly why they're meeting her. Cutting to the chase Fallon attempts to make Mimi an offer which she refuses, and Fallon points out she could easily buy the Swan House. Mimi calls Fallon out on her lack of manners. Alexis proclaims she's a woman who knows what she wants and how to get it. Alexis claims she'll be enjoying the wedding of the decade at Mimi's dream venue.

Alexis and Mimi later meet up secretly. Mimi reveals Fallon is still trying to buy the Swan Club, and Alexis was supposed to put Fallon off in exchange for enjoying perks of an exclusive club. Alexis offers to pay for Mimi's wedding at the Swan Club on a different day so everyone gets what they want, but Mimi refuses and warns Alexis to call Fallon off or kiss her membership goodbye.

Later Alexis sits in a parked car watching Mimi walk towards her, and runs her over.

Ada is likely the same Ada that is credited for episode 3 (s2). Katherine LaNasa is set to play Ada - the actress also happens to be Mrs Grant Show.
