Best of French hits. From all the alternative-language-songs, I think this one's doable for everyone.

Could we please add Wynonna Judd to the mix. I need to discover some more of her songs at some point.

Here's a winning smile of thanks in advance.

    I like this.

Or perhaps even a general, worldwide alternative language.

    A couple more from me:

    Russell Watson

    Anne Murray

Anne is actually an artist I properly discovered through doing the Top Tens, so I'd find it interesting to revisit her.

Throwing John Williams into the top ten mix has me wondering if we should add more composers, Hans Zimmer, James Horner, Jerry Goldsmith and Michael Giacchino spring to mind

Yes, I think this is a better idea because the winner would be the favourite song and favourite alternative language.
If we'd do the languages seperately, our lists would probably be dominated by Eurovision songs.

We've done the Beatles covers, how about the Bee Gees covers?

I wondered if there has already been a top 10 of well-known broadway songs, sung by famous or unknown broadway artists, it may also be movies that were first featured on Broadway, such as "A Chorus Line", "Grease", "Fame" and some others.

    Just a idea. ;)

Anne Murray is really a great artist, she's my favoriete female country singer, I own all her cd's from 1969 to 2002.
She's a one of a kind in her own way. Anne Murray was also the one how opend de doors for other artist like Celine dion, Shania Twain and Bryan Adams.

She has a beautiful voice and her material is great. I can understand why she's your favourite country artist.

Wow. I'd love to explore her albums at some point. A while back I looked into the Signature Series twofers of Anne's albums but they seem to be out of print and very spendy so I've had to make do with a few of her more recent albums and The Best... So Far greatest hits.

Hi @Mel O’Drama, the Signature series from Anne Murray are really the cds you should have in your collection, I have all the 10 Signature series cd's from her and these cd's sound very good. I gues they are hard to find in your country, but some cd's are still available here in the Netherlands, even Ebay got them somethimes for a decent price for around 25,-/30,- euro's. I payed 21,99 for each cd when they were available here in the Netherlands around 2000/2002.

I love Anne's music, her music style hase been changed from during her carreer from Country to Pop, but she remains true to herself and returns to her country roots in the late 80's.

I don't know if you know the site Discorg, they have more music available then Ebay, and for a much cheaper price.

    Here's a link. https://www.discogs.com/artist/3645...ompilations&filter_anv=0&type=Releases&page=2

That's a great cd @Mel O’Drama, the Best So Far cd is one of Anne's best Greatest hits albums. ;)
