It looks like a Disney Railway Station!
No, the other one. I don't know what I'd do with that. Probably put a secret entrance to the Colterton mines.
I'd use it as a guest house, like the pool house on THE COLBYS
To cage Kirby in?
Or a laboratory for evil Adam.
I'd use the carriage house as a guest house as well. Blake's brief girlfriend, starlet Diamond Cook (whom he saw in the months after Alexis left) seemingly committed suicide in the guest house behind the garages (which I imagine were to the right and around the corner). Blake allowed her to stay there for a couple of months, leaving local tongues wagging when she died, whispers of foul play.
The story resurfaced 23 years later when Sarah Curtis successfully kills herself in the Carrington garages via carbon monoxide.
During the Season 7 finale in 1987 at Adam's and Dana's reception at the former Skycrest lodge acquired by Blake a year earlier when he purchased Scorpio Peak and made it part of the estate, Emily confesses to Blake in the corners that husband Buck had been having an affair in 1964, Emily brought Diamond's doctor to the guest house next to the garages late at night, told her to get out of Denver and gave her a sedative once she'd predictably became hysterical, and Emily left with the doctor, neither realizing that Miss Cook was already loaded up with prescription pharmaceuticals, leading to the poor girl's overdose death.
And then the reception party and the entire lodge go down the side of Scorpio Peak courtesy of an avalanche.
I just see it. And it would make the Sarah Curtis and the depressed Fallmonts' plotlines a wee bit more interesting.
Funny you should say that. It was used as a rare establishing shot (taken from the pilot, I think - didn't Michael & Fallon have sex there?) before Kirby's first scene (the one where she talks to Jeffrey the turtle by the lilypond, before the real Jeffrey and papa arrive).
That building *was* used for her title card.
Oh no, I just imagined Kirby as Tippi Hedron in "The Birds" and you as Alfred Hitchcock.
The conservatory set, new to Season 3, was okay but it should have been painted pale green with the moulding gold leaf -- a bit like a miniature version of the ball room.
Otherwise, it's just like the living room.
