I hope, Lisa Hartman will be included!
Welcome back @Billy Nolan nice to see you around here.
Thank you @Karin Schill
I´m happy to be back again
YUP!!!! My thoughts exactly. Also, what kind of make up artist, even semi professional would allow Joan to wear WHITE eyeshadow and them nude lipsticks, yes the surgery isn't great, but a good makeup artist could make her look tons better. If he is the makeup artist, he's a hack!
Unfortunately I cannot read most of it. Especially the part about her latest projects.
She said knots landing might return to TV since it's the 40 year anniversary
Unless I'm reading it wrong, the article claims the occasion is the "40th anniversary since its wrap", which is of course not correct. December 2019 would be the 40th anniversary of its premiere. I know I'm old, but I'm not that old!
Yep, you're absolutely coI remember how Michele Lee 'slapped' Kevin Dobson on Oprah for saying it knots ran for 13 years...
But if done right (e.g. not like seasons 3 of the new Dallas) I would love to see a reunion at any time
Okay, now I'm officially .
Oh that´d be wonderful!!!!
She's looking great.
Surely, she can't possibly be old enough to play Miss Daisy.
The play has "time jumps," so I can imagine she starts the play looking one way, and being "aged" via wigs or clothes toward the end. Unlike a film or TV show, they likely don't have time to do make-up or prosthetics...but the audience is at more of a distance, so a wig or dowdy-looking shawl or something would be enough to convey the idea that she's gotten older.
As far as I'm concerned the two Golden Rules are: Don't contradict established history and Don't shut out David Jacobs.
David Jacobs owns the rights, hopefully he'll get someone who'll keep it close to the source and won't invent some alien family that lived on the 6th house all along but we never got to see them
It’s not a reunion and the project will only involve the 3 women
That's not what she says in the above interview.
Granted it's far from definite but at least it's on their radar which is closer than we've been in twenty years.
According to a recent interview with Joan van ark they tried to make 2 shows. One is the aforementioned reality/lifestyle type show and another one was a scripted show, also starting the 3 women.
