Being a couch potato reaching for the bag of chips does not count. I have recently begun trying new things as my town offers free group training sessions every week. I tried yin yoga and I love it. I will definitely keep that up. This week, I tried crosstraining. I almost died. 2 days later, my body still hurts. So I will try that again. Next, I will try water gymnastics and qigong. Possibly give inner strength a try, and plain yoga too. What is your exercise routine? What form of exercise do you like best? And what doesn't fit you at all?
