I just switch mine to ringer off, volume down and do not disturb. My step thingy wasn't accurate yesterday because I had to charge the phone for over half-an hour today (due to heavy GPS use in the morning) while I was preparing a sick relative's meal before I went out a second time. Sometimes my sleep analysis on the phone isn't accurate because I keep falling asleep before I put the sleep analysis app on.
I spent Monday almost entirely asleep and notched up 2.3 miles in Sainsburys on Wednesday. Thursday was good though. I started at 11am and had multiple refreshment stops.
I’ve found that walking along canal pathways and disused railway lines, where nature has reclaimed them are pretty good. Peaceful scenery, birds singing and I can walk for miles without interruption.
When it comes to perform the workout sessions without any hindrance then a good quality gear will be the necessity for everyone out there. I recently started with the yoga workouts and have already got super comfortable Nike shoes along with the top, leggings and sports bra from the brand Lululemon. Truly it is a wonderful brand with very decent prices.
My blood glucose readings have dropped to 4 point something every day recently. I was seriously ill multiple times last year and my glucose readings were up to 26.7 mmol/L and my weight increased by six kilos. I’ve recovered and lost the six kilos and another 10.5 kilos on top of that. I’m putting it down to dietary change and the occasional stroll. I’ve discovered lots more pathways to pleasure.
I used to go to the gym three times a week for many years, and I did a lot of cardio and weight training there, but the last few years I found that I didn't like the gym as much as before. Then I decide to cycled on my racing bike with a combination from running outside but due to a heavy knee injury, I have not been able to exercise for a long time. But now I don't do much sport anymore as i really want, but in the summer time I put some music on I walk a lot outside with a combination of jogging, and I still cycle to work every now and then (mostly i go with the bus ). But I do notice that my condition is not as good as it used to be.
I would really like to do something with sports again but I don't know what, I also have moving plans next year of this year, maybe I'll look for a nice gym again so that I am not bound to the weather outside, I have thought about buying a treadmill for at home, but they are quite expensive if you want a good one, for that money I can definitely buy a gym subscription for 2-3 years.
That's why i never swimm, i do love swimming but not in that kind of pools.
I’ve found that I can cycle 75 calories in five minutes on my stationary bike. At last I can keep up with my appetite!
