Today, somebody on the radio mentioned that...oh my god this is too embarrassing.

    Well...*sighs*

This person on the radio said "here's Elvis Presley's It's Now Or Never, aka O Sole Mio".
I instantly dropped everything and shouted at my co-worker "WHAT did he just say???"
And then, when they played the song, I heard it - for the first time in my life.

    It is O Sole Mio!

How come I've never known this before? Never heard this before? Never made the connection, not even "it kinda sounds like". Never nothing whatsoever!

Please don't mention this to anyone else, I'm not a theatrical person, I don't like too much attention.

Hi @Willie Oleson , do not worry that you did not know about the song "It's Now Or Never", before the internet I always found it a well-known melody, but I did not get it until i got internet at home, while I've been an Elvis Presley fan myself, that'weird. :D :cooler:

And here I thought Elvis got the tune from an ice cream advert.

Should I break the news about Can't Help Falling In Love?

At least I have the excuse that I've never heard that French song before.

OSM and INON are songs I have known my whole life, and I've heard them many many times, maybe even back-to-back.
I'm usually intrigued by samples and coverversions (I hear "Fade To Grey" in almost everything, even if it isn't true) and yet I failed to notice something so extremely obvious.
