Near the start of the first episode when Bobby and Pam stop at the petrol station, the pump attendant sees em kissing and says "gonna be a cold day today", and Pam says "not for everybody". I took Pam's line to mean that it wouldn't be cold for her and Bobby because they can keep each other warm. But in the DVD commentary David Jacobs says that the attendant's line was originally "gonna be a hot day", which was then changed because it was so cold when they filmed it. Pam would still have said "not for everybody". To me, her line makes more sense as filmed and I can't see why she would originally have said it wouldn't be a hot day for them. Might she have been thinking of the cold reception she'd get at Southfork?
