As all of us here already know, Roseanne was revived last Tuesday --- March 27th --- and, naturally, it was surrounded by some controversy. Of course, I'm not wanting to discuss the controversy itself, but rather the show and how it fits to today's television standards. The show picks up where it left off... Well, not exactly because all of the initial run's final season was entirely erased, and it's as if the story is picking up from where Season 8 left off, or somewhere in that era I would approximate. Roseanne seems to uphold itself rather well. Obviously, it is different, but a show has to evolve just as we viewers in reality do on our own. What do the rest of you think? What's the good and bad based on your opinions?
