To justify Netflix's payment for ‘original content’ ?
Do you not want to understand? Or are you going against your previous statement?
That's meant for you @Willie Oleson (because I'm on the 'ignore' list )
No, I'm giving this to you, Zable.
I guess the trailer is sort of a "studio," what with the trailer being a one-room living/sleeping space. Of course it is a comic visual and serves to keep any viewer from ever taking her seriously, since her huge wardrobe alone ought not fit in such a tiny space. Unless the trailer is actually a TARDIS.
Crap. What an(other) wasted opportunity... They've good actors/tresses, outfits are very Dynastyc, bitchy lines overflow here and there (THIS writing is smart. ) Everything should be settled for a clever reboot, despite all the changes a reboot need to adjust to and this is the dinner they serve us...? ( ) It's worse than the Moldavia aftermath or season 7 big yawn fiasco... No concrete storyline on sight, nobody seems to fly the plane... Why even bother to try to jump sharks...? They're sleeping.
It could have been. But it's not.
I'm so disappointed. For everyone. Actors, fans and sharks.
No. Leave the sharks out. They're glad not to be on the menu as shark fin soup.
Maybe she's bought some space bags from TelSell.
I hope that wasn't the Ming, Krystle just destroyed
No, its on loan at a museum.
Yup. Unlike Original Alexis who took monthly payments from her divorce, this Alexis got a one time huge settlement payout. Obviously, she ended up spending it over the years and her attempts at business ventures were stopped by Blake who had the name Carrington trademarked so that she couldn't do things like a cosmetics line.
The trailer is still on Blake's property, I believe. It's actually very clever to make her so mobile, they can put her wherever she's needed.
Can't wait to see the look on their faces when she arrives in Moldavia. Toot-toot!
"You may as well turn around, mother. The food is not for free"
Sammy Jo: "Mm mm mm? Mm!"
I assume "Moldavia" on this show will be located right next to "Paraguay".
Yeah I think it's called Pornoguay.
wth was that crap im done with it now for shure i will only miss watching nicollette sheridan and grant show pfff such garbage
Thank you. That is exactly the problem I have with that, and their whole version of Alexis: the anticipation of her appearance was built up so much ("we are now going to focus on Fallon vs Alexis") only to have Alexis show up and become a joke.
I didn't watch this episode until tonight, as no new episode would be out this week. And I was sitting with a smile on my face while watching it. Soapy fun, many things familiar. I liked how Fallon was knocked out by a flying cow. How fabulously soap opera! I loved the twist at the end of her dream, where Fallon kisses herself. Talk about loving oneself! Liam or Michael - who cares? As long as she has herself! It's obvious she hasn't met her one true love yet. A new man will come for Fallon.
While it would have been fun, I am glad the Kirby surrogate story didn't happen. A sober responsible Kirby for 9 months is a waste of time.
Not really feeling Blake and Cristal 2.0. At least not yet. But then again, I was never a fan of original Blake & Krystle either. I always wanted him and Alexis to get back together because of their far more interesting chemistry.
Speaking of Alexis, it was really nice to see her care about someone else for a change in this episode. And that ending!!! Fake Adam leaving Claudia's baby with Alexis was a great twist. He must really not think highly of Claudia if Alexis is a much better option!
Will baby Matthew be Sam's new son Danny? No long pregnancy required.
Steven has got to be coming back at some point, right? Either same actor, or re-cast like original Dynasty. But he is coming back in s2, no???? I miss him.
Speaking of missing persons, will they ever pick up the real Adam story?
I don't like Kirby because I can't stand to hear Australian accents in an American tv series. I have no excuse or explanation for it, it just grates on me.
I did not see the note that was left with the baby, but someone claimed his name (Matthew) was used in the note. If they decide to keep the baby (of course they will), then it would make sense for them call him something different---if not just to cover their tracks since they're now in possession of a baby that isn't theirs.
I guess calling him "Daniel" would be appropriate since he was just deposited into a virtual Lion's Den.
Separate names with a comma.
