Seventy three? She'll always be going on seventeen to me.

Whenever I think of Charmaine, I now think of her confession in one of the reunions that she forgot the choreography when filming Do-Re-Mi on the steps and had to make a couple of false moves to get in line with her young co-star Heather Menzies (I think there was a twist that Carr had started out doing it correctly whilst Menzies didn't have a clue which step she was meant to be on). The whole debacle can be seen in the finished film (about 1:30 below).

The announcement of her death is on BBC News.

no doubt she'd agree with you on that if you had met her. anyways my brother way back i think (1990) we were at 4-H Camp and we did or rather the counslers did a think called Kangaroo Court and i don't remember the concept anymore it's been over 20 years mind you. and one of the things he did was part of one song from this film the hills are alive... i think as i said it has been 26 years. and it was all comedy and easily the best part of camp. the best one too and sadly they have since stopped doing that but it was my favorite one i was 11 at the time i saw it. so it goes you show you how long ago it was.
