    There definitely should have been a cellar/basement, which would have served perfectly for someone to be trapped in when Southfork was on fire, or maybe Jessica Farlow could have locked Miss Ellie down there instead.

    All while oil is leaking into the basement, basically threatening to drown Miss Ellie OR burn her up! So much danger, yes, good idea.
