Half a pound on this week, but still two pounds under target!
Half a pound back off this week, so back on track!
Didn't do well this week, 2.5 pounds on, although was away in Co Meath on Tuesday & Wednesday - the long car drives, not as much exercise played a part.
Hopefully I'll get back on track this week. At the same time I am still within my overall target range, so not a major crisis by any means.
