I wasn't hungry so I just had a quick lamb shank and went to bed.
I felt a lot better for it this morning.

Didn’t feel like cooking tonight, so I restricted myself to 800g of Game Soup, 500g of Hand Carved Honey Roast Ham, 1kg of shortbread, 400g of Dairy Milk, a New York Deli sandwich, two sausage rolls, a luxury mystery festive sandwich, four mince pies, three sausage and bacon lattices and a Festive Pie.
But as I was still feeling peckish, I roasted some potatoes, carrots, swede, onions and a couple of turkey fillets.
Triple bacon cheeseburger from Wendy's. Which no man my age has any business eating.
I will, however, consume a tall glass of orange juice which has the effect of reducing significantly the body's inflammatory response to a really gooey meal. And an aspirin won't hurt.
I tried wolf meat for the first time last night. Quite tasty if a little chewy. I had it with some fava beans and a nice chianti.
