Criticism & Ideology by Terry Eagleton. There are no pictures in it though. I was livid. I marched straight back to the bookshop and told them what they could do with such a modern Marxist critique of contemporary literature. I exchanged it for Harry Potter Discovers His Sexuality. It's certainly well worth a read - that Malfoi is certainly a naughty boy isn't he.

Fairy Tales For Children Over 18 Years by Tage Danielsson. I'm currently on the short story about the 2 presidents who are BFFs, that begins like this:

"Once upon a time there was a little American president named Lyndon B. Johnson and a little Russian Head of Government named Nikita Chrusjtjov. Jonne was Nicke's best friend; yes, they were so inseperable that when they had to live so awfully far away from each other, they installed, with great difficulty, their very own private phone line between them so that anytime they felt like it, they could pick up the phone and call each other and talk about what they had done during the day and if they had had any fun........."

Just finishing Wind In The Willows. It's about a talking rat and a toad who wears a suit and behaves like a human. It went straight over me head, I'm afraid.

Yes, an excellent insight into the origins of the show and how each series developed.

In some ways, much of the content is widely known but it is definitely a worthy read.
