It's funny how listening to one artist can you lead you back to a song or artist that you love.

Anything that brings GREASE back to life gets my vote and the song being catchy is a big bonus.

I've tried a few times with CNCO and they don't gel with me, yet you have given me two other songs by them that absolutely love so much.

Ah well, that's because you never did. It's me that's playing the idiot because I got it wrong, so terribly wrong. The group I was thinking of is DNCE.

I love this. Have they changed some of the lyrics from Bad Guy? I only recently discovered Bad Guy so I'm not too familiar with it.

Goes off to Spotify to stick it in my playlist.

    My current favourite is

You And Me (Were Meant To Be Together) - Paul Heaton & Jacqui Abbott

I honestly don't if they've changed any of the lyrics. I like that they didn't change the "might seduce your dad type," and I'm slightly impressed that they kept it in instead of fearing it would make them seem "gay."

That sounds so country to me. I liked it.

Johnny Mathis! I love that you listen to him! His voice makes me feel very nostalgic because my parents had some of his records when I was a kid.

Speaking of nostalgia, I've been listening to Anne Murray a lot lately, who my grandparents were big fans of. My favorite song right now is:

Anne Murray is a great choice @Jason73 when we talk about nostalgia music, I have almost all her albums on CD and LP, but I don't have this duet album yet, but it is still on my "CD wishlist", but i'm sure you will love a lot of her music, especially the 70s and 80s are my favorite years from Anne Murray music career. :);)

Thanks @Jason73, your parents has a great tast of music, I love his voice also and he can really hit some high and long notes, and Johnny also recorded many different music style, from pop to country, and from disco to old crooners, i also discoverd that he recorded many of my favorite songs from the 60's and 70's. I didn't even knew he record since 1956 and still makes music, i only know him from a duet with Dionne Warwick "Friends In Love" one of my favorite duet songs.

Now i'm almost attempt to buy his big cd boxest, but it's so expensive. :( , but it got 68 albums from his periode from 1956 tot 2017. ;):)

Yes! The 70's and 80's part of the career is my favorite. That's mostly what I've been listening to other than the Nelly Furtado duet. I love her voice.

Wow! That's an amazing compilation. I didn't know if he covered so many different musical genres. I'm not sure I know Friends in Love. I will check it out today. I think I'll see what's available from him on Spotify this weekend. It's been a long time since I've listened to anything by him.

I love how her music style changes a little during these two decades, she even suprises me when her music came more pop/rock from 1984-1987, and her voice is just crystal clear and matces every music style she ever did. I hope you will discover some more incredible Anne Murray songs. :)

Yes it is a amazing boxset @Jason73, and it's a boxset i will love take the chance to buy just because i love his voice so much, and i yes he coverdd so many different musical genres, i though well another similaire Frank Sinatra or Andy Williams singer, but i was wrong when i heard his 70's and early 80's music. The only thing is, his albums from the mecury years from 1963-1966 isn't there they are being released in another boxet, well i have a whole year to save some money for this two boxsets.

And here are two of my favorite duets he did with Dionne Warwick, and to my suprise a famous song from the 70's with Deniece Williams but never knew that Johnny Mathis sang it with her.

Dionne Warwick & Johnny Mathis - "Friends In Love"

Johnny Mathis & Deniece Williams - "Too Much, Too Little, Too Late"

As soon as I started listening I recognized this one. It's beautiful.

I feel like I've heard this one before but not by these two? Maybe another version by someone else? I'm not certain. Anyways, I really liked the Johnny and Deniece version.
